성수동 카페보다 맛있는 빅토리아스폰지케이크/victoria sponge cake/ビクトリアスポンジケーキ

영국에 있을 때 카페에 가면 늘 있던 메뉴 중 하나가 바로
요 빅토리아 스폰지 케이크 였어요.
묵직한 파운드식감의 케익 사이로 달콤한 딸기쨈이 샌드되어 있거나
딸기쨈과 크림이 샌딩되어있었죠~
요새 트렌디한 카페들에 가도 많이 보이는것 같아요~
크림은 영국에선 주로 진한 더블크림이었지만 한국엔 더블크림이 없으니..
비슷한 식감으로 버터크림과 가벼운 생크림의 중간정도인 마스카포네 크림치즈
필링으로 만들어봤어요~
감히 성수동의 그 유명한 빅토리아케이크 보다 맛있다고 자부할 수 있어요^^
과정도 그리 어렵지 않으니 함께 만들어보아요~
When I go to cafes in England, one of the items on the menu is
this Victoria Sponge Cake.
Sweet strawberry jam is sanded between cakes with a heavy pound texture or
strawberry jam and cream were sanded.
I think I can see it a lot even if I go to fancy cafes.
Cream was mainly thick double cream in the UK, but there is no double cream in Korea.
Mascarpone cream cheese with a similar texture, intermediate between buttercream and light whipped cream.
I made it with this mascarpone cheese filling.
I dare say that it tastes better than the famous Victoria Cake in Seongsu-dong or UK.
The process is not too difficult, so let's make it together!
