Speak the truth. If they want it they will take it. If they dont want it they wont take it. Companies nowadays expect the sales guy to force the deal down the throat of the prospect even if they dont want it. That is why I left the sales job I was in.

You can make money with this process, because you will sell if done correctly but it's unethical and your business or you as a salesperson will suffer in the long run. Give customers the real solution, be upfront with them, don't hide little future problems that forces customers to buy in the future, the customer is smart and eventually catches up and in our capitalist system there will be someone in your industry ready to do the right thing and will eat your profits. Don't listen to this dude.
