You need the phrygian
1 b2 b3 4 5 b6 b7, take the 4, and b7.
You end up with 1 b2 b3 4 b6 scale

Sure Doug. The triads are C Bb, then a Phrygian chord (A Bb E) All repeated 3 times. Last section is Csus2 Asus2
