I think sometimes the linesmen get too excited so when it's close they yell out because they do have to make a quick call. They should have hawkeye on all courts
I would think in the near future, they could have sensors built in to lines via nano technology. Another thought would be a laser grid that covers all inbound areas and can sense when the ball doesn't cross the path of the lasers. I know people like tradition, but it would be nice to not have to worry about the human error factor when it comes to calls. Especially with how fast the game is played these days.
