    Great video👏 in my opinion using the left hand is key to the technique but for me personally hard to remember 😩 if I do remember helps with follow through and the result. Vamos

    The key of a good flat smash is the pronation. A good exercise to learn and practice pronation is to set a small pillow (or something soft) at 2,20 meters high in the fence and make (slowly) the shot. It makes you use to hit at the correct high and in front of you.

      Can u explain further? You insert a pillow into the fence? And then the ball is supposed to hit it? I dont understad anything

      I I understood correctly you should hit the pillow with your racket and arm extended, it's to learn the movement and have muscle memory of the height

    I don't train or go to the gym. My arms are definitely not strong. Do in addition to technique, do I need strength to be able to smash it?

      You can also use it to become more flexible and have more balance

    There is not a single top tennis player or top padel player who immediately swings his non-dominant arm backwards! That arm is always used to block your body before it swings backwards.
