The key of a good flat smash is the pronation. A good exercise to learn and practice pronation is to set a small pillow (or something soft) at 2,20 meters high in the fence and make (slowly) the shot. It makes you use to hit at the correct high and in front of you. Vamooos!!! :)

Can u explain further? You insert a pillow into the fence? And then the ball is supposed to hit it? I dont understad anything
I I understood correctly you should hit the pillow with your racket and arm extended, it's to learn the movement and have muscle memory of the height
