Just replaced passenger front side acuator and removed the channel from the panel as directed. Made putting door back on a breeze. Replaced drivers side acuator a while back and it was a struggle getting pannel to snap back in place without taking channel off. Thanks for the tip!
I am getting ready to upgrade the speakers in my ES350 and have heard horror stories about the door panels. Your video is clear and very detailed. I appreciate your time and experience in sharing the tricks for this car. Should be a piece of cake. Thanks!
Hi Raul. Wanted to say thanks for creating this video. I'm not a handyman at all yet was able to follow this video to successfully remove and replace the front panel so I could save some bucks by changing the door lock actuator myself. You were thorough and the last piece about the tip to take the time to remove the channel and install it back on the frame first was a major time and frustration saver. Your instructions helped me effectively remove the pesky channel clips. And sure enough...once that channel was installed back on the frame that panel just popped into into place. Putting the panel back on took all of 30 seconds. Liked and subscribed. Hope it helps a bit.
Thanks...looks like best video on this. Most dont know about the channel and install with it still attached to pannel...why most really struggle getting pannel back on.
Thanks for the video. My driver seat memory switch is faulty. Local Lexus “stealership” wants $140 diagnostic fee to tell me what’s wrong. $25 part on eBay along with your video and an hour of my time has me back in business.
My 2013 es300h driver’s door lock just went out. Dealer quotes me $900 to fix it. Hell naw. I just ordered a new door lock actuator for $180 and I am gonna change the actuator myself. Thanks for the excellent video.
glad it was useful. you tube wants to stop monetizing our channels, which means they don't want to pay if you don't have enough subscribers or view times. i am trying to get to 1000 subscribers before the end of feb. the money that i make on my channel is pennys on the dollar, but it helps out alittle, with me continuing to make videos for youtubers for free. subscribing is free !!! if you could subscribe to my channel that would be great. i have alot of great videos. i even have a how to make salsa video, and how to make ceviche video coming out today. thanks Raul
I didn’t remove the mirror in this video, but usually if its a power mirror, there should be a harness that needs to be unplugged , a small black cover that you can unsnap, and behind that there is usually 3 nuts that need to be removed Once you have the panel off, you should be able to see what needs to come off

This trick about taking the window mold off the door and snapping in place before you put the door panel back on was a huge timesaver.
Excellent video! I have a strange rattle in my back door I'm trying to find. Very helpful!

How about replacing the window on driver side is it difficult?
I don’t remove windows, i tint them, so i have to remove the door panels to access them.
@@raiderman28 my window is broken so I was gonna order one from ebay but not sure if it’s hard to replace
I usually have a glass guy do my glass work. They charge about $75
