To secure AIR is at all an easy job as in my office I have worked with AIR 1 in CA , his practical knowledge and experience justified his scores in results...he told me that no matter how much you study or how much you score in any exam but if you don't know how to apply it practically it is of no use, there's a hell lot of difference when theoretical knowledge of yours is to be applied practically...
I'm not saying this guy is not capable for this job profile as he worked hard to get there but all I want to say is there may be many more students who might not have secured AIR but have more practical knowledge experience and confidence which is lacking in him to some extent...every PSUs want rangers they don't even consider others as a competitor for the interview...

My brother just cracked final some days ago and his interview is coming, he sent me this video to know how CMA interviews exactly. I'm flabbergasted that he'll definitely get a package of 12 lacks pa as per his marks , personality, communication etc.

Hey, I'm even a CMA Final student and with all due respect I would like to congratulate him for securing a job In IOCL which is a dream job for many candidates...
After going through the whole interview one thing I realized is your knowledge is judged on the basis of the numbers you score in your exams..
I myself done industrial training from ONGC and my senior whom I used to report was saying me the same thing that PSUs only give preference to rankers that too more to those who cleared it in first attempt..They take interview just for a reference and to know a bit about the candidates that's it...no matter how the interview went at the end they gonna mention the location where you will be posted and ask you whether you're comfortable to work over there or not...if it's yes then you're selected and if no then it was nice having you here

Yes you'll have to go through the whole selection process no matter how much your scores are..they might be helpful to you while they give you marks as per their criteria of selection...
Usually the marks are bifurcated for every process ...which later on they aggregate and make their Decision

With due respect in my opinion aftr watching his interview iam having a perception tht PSU are selecting only Rankers . Although i m a CA and planning to do CMA . Ish interview ko dekh kar aisa Lagta hai ki campus interview meh sirf Rank dekh k PSU job dehta hai warna this Ranker momentum is breaking every time during the interview and he was lacking leadership qualities .And he is even lacking in conversation skills and he falls in rankers like Silencer category according to me . Also he way of sitting style is not appropriate for an interview as he was quite nervous and lacking communication skills
It's totally impossible that he got 16 lpa 😂🤣
