Bajaar ya phir hotel jaana bhool jaoge south indian dosa khane ke liye, jab ghar par banaoge itna crispy aur karara masala dosa. 1 cup Suji
2 tbsp wheat flour
1 tbsp besan
1 tsp sugar
Add 1 tsp salt
1 cup curds
1/4 tsp baking soda
Potato sabji
---------------------
5-6 boiled potatoes
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp rai
1 tsp udad dal
1 tsp chana dal
1 tsp heeng
1 tsp jeera
2-3 green chopped chillies
8-10 curry leaves
1 big chopped onion
2 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp haldi powder
Add fresh coriander
Chutney

Few coconut pieces
2 tbsp chana dal
2 tbsp curds
1 piece ginger
2-3 green chillies
1 tsp salt
Little curry leaves
Little fresh dhaniya
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp rai
Little heeng
1/2 tsp udad dal

Tried this amazing recipe and I think the only drawback was in Aloo batter, my chana daal didn't got cooked at all... I think it's because it's not mentioned in the tutorial that we are supposed to use roasted chana dal in the Aloo batter as well as in chutney... So please everyone if you're adding chana dal to your aloo batter please use the roasted ones or just skip it... It tastes doesn't change.❤

Kanak Bitia you are the only one who explains the correct procedure of putting the vagar items properly. Most of them always show heat the oil put rai and Jeera hing all together. This way Jeera gets burnt and hing gives bitterness. Thanks

Then it used to be time for me to visit the doctor. The code word in South India for getting injections and beatings is called masala dosas. She would 100% gimme one or more painful injections on my bums. After getting i used to visit my aunt's place where she used to see me rubbing my bums and tease me that the doc gave me masala dosa on one bum and special rava masala dosa on the other bum😥😥😥she used to ask me if i want to eat more icecreams in rains again
