    Thank you Antranik! I was a little late to the “ring rush” during this time, but after weeks of waiting for restocking, my rings are finally here. The first mistake I made was feeding the strap the wrong way through the buckle, so thank you for your helpful tutorial. Take care!

    I AM SO GLAD I WATCHED THIS VIDEO. Long story short : I've bought my rings a while ago, probably a year or so. I didn't knew anything about how to set them up so I just managed however I could and because I didn't knew about feeding it the right way, I was making some weird random knots to make it hold on, it was annoying and it took time to unknot the thing at the end but it somehow worked (although sometimes the ring would fall during the workout). It made me pretty disappointed about how to set them up so I did a good knot once on them in the garage and did my workout there without ever unknoting them. Recently I had to move out far from my home for an internship and I don't have access to a pull up bar anymore so I can only count on my rings and trying to find some good place to put them.
    After watching your explanations I feel so dumb that I used my rings wrong the whole time xD
    Thank you for this you literally changed my life with those tips !

    You should set up an Amazon affiliate link so that people can find the rings you recommend and you get a commission from anyone following your link and buying the rings.

    1:08 is it better to throw over the buckle part or the other end of the rope?
    and my ropes are toooo talll is it okay if the ropes during the looping take more space on the bar ?

    • @AntranikDotOrg
      @AntranikDotOrg  3 роки тому

      Doesn't really matter which part is going over as it's all the same strap but I just throw the buckle part as that's more convenient. Also, don't understand the issue with the straps being too long. If the loop takes a few more inches, isn't that a nonissue if your straps are long?

    hey man thanks a lot for this! I just finished setting them up on my pull up bar but I'm sort of concerned whether the bar will fall on me or not bc mine is not hold together with screws, it's the type that you twist and elongate until the walls hold it between them. Any thoughts on this?

    • @AntranikDotOrg
      @AntranikDotOrg  4 роки тому

      Mine is the type you twist and elongate as well, but there's a bracket installed with screws that it goes into, not just a plain wall. I would not trust just a plain friction like that with no bracket installed, personally.

      @checkitoutguys1 4 роки тому +1

      @@AntranikDotOrg I hear you man, I'm just gonna head outside for the monkey bars, no point in risking injury and maybe even death lol

    • @Mike-hw5jp
      @Mike-hw5jp 4 роки тому

      @@checkitoutguys1 Just don't do any upside down stuff on the rings when it's attached to your pullup bar. I wouldn't even trust an elongating bar unless it was screwing in somehow. Mine fits around the door frame so gravity is pushing mostly horizontally into the door frame, so provided I don't swing or pull sideways too much my bar won't fall down with rings attached.
