Pennsylvania should obtain info as to what old Social Security Number cards look like. They told me I had to go get a new Social Security card despite the fact that my old ID card was entirely valid, which was a penalty for older individuals. And it was all because PennDOT was ignorant as to what old SSN cards looked like.
