Hello! I haven't cooked with oat fiber, but after I googled it, I found this information: "While oat fiber cannot be used as a 1:1 substitute for oat flour, you can do a partial substitution of 1/4 the total amount of oat flour which can help lower the overall carb count." I hope it helps!
