I think it is remarkable, and I am astonished that it can be played on a ten year old computer,. I do agree with you that the beginning is tough and doesnt give you enough information, nor is it easy to read
Ah ok, I’m playing with a mid range new gen PC, maybe it was intentional to have the graphical quality and mechanics low to accommodate older gen PC builds 🤔🤔 But yeah the intro would be more exciting if we got more story to kick it off
Hey bud just saw your vid review, not bad but a couple of pointers for you, if you minimize the daytime, you'll realize how short it is when you start traversing the map, it's big and takes time and if you overload yourself, you tire out quicker and takes longer to travel.(night is when the real predators come, wolves, brown bear etc. ) You'll see the grind is real especially as the story progresses. There will be a point where you'll wish the day was longer. I agree that the tutorial is lacking somewhat, but as you stated it tries to give you the feel of being in the world alone with just your basic survival skills. Just FYI I'm on my 12th in game day and I feel like a chicken with no head running around trying to accomplish everything, haven't explored the swamp yet. Keep up the good work.
