Fresno had a lot of upperclassmen back and they put in Fresno very much expected them to give Michigan fits. Especially their defense because they are an upperclassmen lead team and not just your average Mac school. It was good they had to battle because it gets them ready for a fight with Texas. Michigan didn't look great vs bowling green last year. Coastal Carolina we didn't run against well. I think I expected growing pains and I never expected to win every game this year. I do think they got better as the game went on and I think the play calling and personnel was just the staff looking to see what they had and not show to much to Texas. You will see a different team on sat. This will be different I believe
I’m a Texas fan. Born and raised in Austin. I left to Marine Corps boot camp the day after Texas won the 2005 championship. I followed this team for a while and have invested a lot of energy into them. I watched the 2004 Rose Bowl between Michigan and Texas. I follow Michigan a lot also, part of my family lives in Michigan and are huge fans. I’ve seen a lot of analysis on this game this week and I have to say, you can tell who is subjectively and objectively analyzing the teams. I appreciate you being objective and critical of both teams. Michigan has a lot to work on and they definitely have a huge test on Saturday. One thing to be hopeful about, Michigan will put up a fight. I see this game going either way to be honest. I hate to say this because I am a Texas fan and it sounds biased, but every great team will go through its drought and then, a time will come when it’s just their time. The last few years, Texas has been building itself back to what it was and it just seems like this is their time to finally breakthrough. I just subscribed. Keep the great content coming.
I keep thinking the era of fans in CFB are exactly like the new era of NFL fans . They don't like elite defensive teams. They want offense. I'm riding with Davis Warren. That defense will always defend until the end. That's the culture. Not talking to everyone who sticks a microphone in your face . Let the coaches do that . When time to rumble you get better as you get fight . This game is no different. Go Blue
It's hard for me to listen to podcasts after the first game in college football every year, no matter who the team is. Because they all are trying to be the greatest armchair coaches of all time, and they are always wrong! 😂 But i like you, man, so i listened. Look, Michigan had the luxury the last 3 years of playing teams early that were so bad that we didn't notice any flaws until we finally played a formidable opponent. Then, we worked through it. For the last 3 years, we have had to break in new lineman and transfers just like this year. This time, you get one game against Fresno, who's gonna be in Super Bowl mode. You have to win but not show too much. Backups need reps, and you have one week to do it because Texas is coming! It's college football, and there is no preseason. Oregon beat the Idaho vandals 24 - 14. Are you kidding me! They have the greatest team on turf. How could this happen? 😂 Well, this is college football. Young guys overlook the team, looking to next week, taking the game lightly. It's college football. Let the season play out, and see where the chips fall. Go Blue! ✌🏾
This is not last year's team. Don't judge them as such. All new plays and coaches let them work it out. The player that can go into the game you are complaining about. They were testing different players to see what works best.
We beat a team by 20 points playing bad we will be fine we were a couple play away on offense of being pretty good and if those plays were made know body would be talking if they clean some things up which they will then we are fine
We don't know anything about this team yet. That first game was literally a glorified scrimmage. They were giving backups reps trying to determine who will be apart of the teams depth. This team has a lot of talent, but they're just not a good team yet. Either the team gels after the Texas game and goes on to make the playoff, or this team falls apart and Alex Orji takes over the rest of the way; they need to prepare Orji for next year.
LOL. If that's the case, Moore should be fired. If Michigan thinks they're that superior to Fresno State to play backups, Moore is a fool. You can't have it both ways, you can't say Fresno was a really good team then say UofM played backups.
Real Talk....AO gives us the best chance to beat TX. DW great person and story. However, AO gives MI the best chance to beat TX. Watch the press conference of the TX Coach on Monday.

Fresno state gives a lot of teams fits. They’re actually a good team
Probably because Connor didn't visit BGSU's games?

Big respect, from Michigan
Thank you! Will do!
In Davis we trust! The kid ends up on top…always. Wait and see! Go blue!

If the offense line gets better we have a good chance to win this game
And if Davis performs like Tom Brady, UM could win!

Jadyn Davis may step up next year as a sophomore to challenge for the starting spot

I didn't say Fresno State was good. Are you replying to me? Lol!
Michigan absolutely auditioned backups because they were not afraid of Fresno State.
Mr check down one of five with the deep ball with the pass to the other team
There's no need to talk about Alex Orji barely even get to play so we don't know what he could do
