Excuse me sir if possible kindly add for prostate proper function as in old age prostate gathers numerous disfunction and lead to urine problems even up to cancer. And also has become a common problem sir.

    Pranam I am a Sr. Citizen aged 70 yrs
    . I am doing Yr. Sr. Citizen part 2 and 3 for the last 6 months. I was having blood pressure machine. Now my BP has cured but my pulse rate has come down to less than 60.
    I am afraid that normal pulse should be 60 to 90. Previously my BP was 160/170/90plus. I am feeling energetic but my pulse rate has come down. I consulted Sr to me. He advised me to stop breathing exercises but I am feeling good and energetic
    Pl. Guide me. I shall be very thankful to you.
