    In terms of power techniques, there are 2 principles:
    1. In kila, there is no division into a player with the ball and a player without the ball: power techniques can be applied to any player on the field.
    2. With regard to power techniques, the same principle of division into 2 levels applies: the player is in a stand or the player is on the ground. Depending on the position, the player is allowed different sets of power techniques.
    The first thing you need to know - the permitted area for the use of power techniques begins from the feet and ends with the deltoid muscles. The genital area and everything above the shoulders-the trapezoid, neck, and head-remain untouchable. Power techniques that are applied to parts of the body above the shoulders are called "high attack".
