Not sure how we get out of this mess. Wars never seem to historically stay in one country and NATO and probably eventually the United States will have some difficult and very unpopular decisions to make in the coming days, weeks, and months. If he doesn't do it now, he will do it sooner or later. Ultimately he will have to choose between doing that and maintaining his sanity. As long as he can threaten nuclear action as a way to avoid us fighting him, he will continue his advance. He won't stop at Ukraine.

If it then becomes a full scale nuclear war, that would be horrific (and I hope that I either survive without injuries or die quickly), but I hope two things come from that.
