When you're early in your career, probably quite a bit, until you get to understand the businesses and what they really need. Then you move on to training departments to do their own reporting, or identify a power user who can help their department pull reports prior to coming to you. Then of course speak with the manager of the specific department to make sure the reporting requests are understood properly before you spend too long building the wrong analytics out :)
Hi, I have one field called description with 2000 characters on case object, when I report the data through .xlsx format. The data complete data is not available. It is working fine with .XLS and .CSV formats. Can you please help me on this scenario. How can I get complete data on .xlsx format. Is there limitations on this?

Brad, How much "back and forth" is there with these simple reports? Do you ever ask, "what is it you are trying to figure out or answer?".
