Apologies for the focus in the intro! Hope you guys enjoyed the video... make sure to share your experiences with tutorial hell
keep up the good work - looking forward to the next one
For me what helped was giving a good amount of time to learn a language(JS) and doing 2-3 problems on each topic. Try to memorize the syntax of basic JS, for advanced topics refer to w3schools and understand the code no need to memorize anything. Then watch a tutorial on the basics of CSS and HTML.
Now, start building projects.
1. First build a project by following a tutorial and understanding every line of code you are writing. This will give you confidence and will reduce the fear of starting a project.
2. Now is the time to leave your comfort zone and pick up a problem statement for example if your local coffee shop doesn't have a website start building it. Projects like this will keep you motivated as they give real-life results.
Yep this is it, I totally agree with you One thing I also found worthwhile is to reach out to the local business owners and offer free web services if they are seeking for a website, opportunities might arise if you reach out to the right person
great video keep going huy
That’s a good explanation, I usually complete a tutorial fully and hope to one project and try to include everything I learnt which is easier instead of having multiple simple projects
Just found your channel. I think we’re on the same road and share the same passion :) your videos are really inspiring and aesthetic to watch! Keep it up, I’ll follow along :)
Another great video Huy!!! The editing keeps getting better and better. Awesome visuals too!

Go for it!
wow so helpful!!!
Thanks mate 💯
No worries! I'm glad it was helpful
Hey thanks bro
It's very helpful advice
I am actually a physics honours student in India and trying to learn web developement on my own
I was stuck in learning javascript because I was not having much time to practice and i was also following the tutorials the wrong way 😅
I'm super glad that you found the video helpful, and keep learning . I am somewhat in a similar position. I'm currently taking design but also spending time to learn web development
💯
we should not take notes? what if the tutorial I am going through is too long and once I am done with certain topics I move on, to next. should i learn one concept and than practise it for few hours and move to next concerpt?
It's just my personal preference to not take notes when learning code, I find the concepts engrain into my brain much more when I practice the concept! If you would like to take notes, I definitely recommend taking them after the tutorial, that way you can really encapsulate what you've learned! Hope this helps 😁
