Whatever you do, don't connect more frequent severe precipitation events with climate pollution from fossil fuels. Just because mainstream science has predicted this for decades, you don't want to offend the fossil fuel billionaires and make the public start to blame them for these rising costs.

@@Sixrabbbitthat will help somewhat. But check out MIT's En-ROADS climate policy simulator to see what needs to be done to reduce pollution fast enough to hold global warming to 1.5°C above 1900 levels.

This type of rain/flooding is now happening so often. So many excuses people use to disregard climate change, then there is NO ONE THEY CAN BLAME.
Or maybe just maybe it’s just a natural occurrence that happens throughout history such as Elwin Taylor’s 89 year weather cycles have you ever heard of that?? I’m not saying it he is right and I’m not saying it’s wrong, but they have told us a lot of crap throughout the last 40 years and everybody seems to buy it hook line and sinker. Just like in the 1980s they said acid rain was gonna destroy all the crops throughout the world. If you tell a lie long enough everybody will think it’s true.
