I've had panic attacks in the past because of anxiety, which I had all my life since reaching early adulthood. Since I repented of my cynical unbelief and all the ways I harmed myself and others and decided that Jesus is my truest Friend, I've been slowly healing. I thank the Lord for rescuing my soul. I want to copy down your "worry stoppers". Thanks again, Pastor Max!
