Award Show Network: please do us a favor. Pull these videos, and re-post them with the performances. While the interviews are nice, I think I safely speak for everyone watching these videos, that we'd LOVE to see the full performances!
Before MTV and UA-cam, America had the Ed Sullivan Show (NY) and Dick Clark’s American Bandstand (LA). The performances on Sullivan were ‘live’. The Bandstand show was mostly if not all lip-synced. There were other shows in the mix (Where The Action Is, Soul Train, Midnight Special, etc), but if you were on Sullivan or Bandstand, you were a big deal. 🎶🎸🎶
Am I seeing things or did you actually just uploaded Paul Young performing "Love of the Common People" after his interview with Dick Clark?! You should also upload Paul Young performing "Come Back and Stay" before his interview with Dick Clark! Please do this with every American Bandstand video! Even though this has nothing to do with this video, I hope you upload the full shows of the American Music Awards from every year!
Singers often have 2 choices, push their voices hard during live shows to sound great, but after a few shows their voices start to degrade. After perhaps a couple of years their voice quality can be severely and permanently weakened due to damage. The other option is just singing within their comfort zone which can preserve the voice for a career.
I remember watching this guy interview some musicians of African descent. It was my opinion that he demonstrated racism towards them. It annoyed me at the time.

Maz looks stunning .
Czym byłaby ta piosenka bez dwóch pań: Maz i Kim z zespołu Fabolous Wealthy Tarts (Bajecznie bogate ciacha)?

sssssshhh guys, just let it happen, so they won't pull it.
A bit off introducing Kim but not Maz, she looked annoyed.
@@eightiesmusic1984 "We saved the best till last Kim". no mention of Maz.

Maybe it might be better if Dick Clark spoke English better.@@eightiesmusic1984
It may be a better idea to teach Dick Clark English.@@jon2849
Like when he says "And on the left, this is Maz"?

Jacob Rhodes Who were the artists???
I seriously doubt that "this guy"(Dick Clark)ever acted racist. You seem to be easily....annoyed. Think...before you speak(write).
