Ric Flair is the Ozzy Osborne of professional wrestling
A very accurate depiction and both seemed immortal at times as we see ourselves aging and those 2 rocked their professions nearly longer than i have lived on this planet😅
Great comparison
I agree with this statement 🤘 WOO
Ozzy Osbourne is the Ric flair of music
Nonsense, he doesn't mumble THAT much
Nobody partied like Ric Flair. It's a miracle that he's still with us.
I know what you mean... we should appreciate that he's still with us considering his amazing life. Most normal human beings would have died a long time ago. What a bad ass.
My brother worked in a rehab if Tampa that ric flair went too a couple times while my brother worked there
Tell that to Ozzy
@@jedibrigade1321 you're right
I see him all the time in Tampa. Great dude, seems too be always happy to meet his fans
I bet their are some little Ric Flair running around in Japan 🇯🇵 😂😂😂
Little 50 year old Ric Flairs lol
WOOOOO!
Okada The Rainmaker
Strutting and saying Wu!
exactly
Flair is one of the funniest and most entertaining figures in all of entertainment! Not just wrestling
My farts stink sometimes!
@@StevenJenkinsIV if you were Ric Flair, that'd be funny
Love Rick Flair. Wooooo
Proud of Joe using shoot and work. He’s officially a mark.
Fr. Man went from making fun of wrestling and mocking it now he’s had so many legends as guests
Well Wrestling today is much different than it was in the 80’s 90’s
He watched Dick the Bruiser and old 70’s wrestlers as a kid. He knows enough about it to have a good conversation
@@D1Fring And now UFC owns WWE
@@curtiswilliams5223 no endeavor owns both
Who is that gay guy? Some kind of jobber? Why isn't it just Rick Flair?
Unfortunately that's how the queers operate in this day in age. Want the attention to let people know trying to push there flaming agenda. Ruining the episode. Tf?
Well it's official. Rogan has gone woke having this gender queer on the show. Filth
Bro I swear when Joe has these veteran wrestlers on they make for the absolutel BEST podcasts. Flair and Jack the Snake podcasts are so good. 😂
Ric flair: im not tough
Ric flairs liver: is that all you got?
I don’t care what people have to say about Ric he’s a cool mofo 😎
Ric Flair is such a cool dude.
Having a drink or a good smoke w natch is DEFINATELY on my bucket list....I'd be a flippin sponge just soaking up LEGENDARY stories...💯💯😁👍
Is it on your bucket list? Are you gonna make it happend ? 😁
You still in mommies basement?
@@kmole-rw6bi He is currently tracking your IP and has plans for your family and you to go on a trip to see some holes in the desert. Just an FYI warning from a concerned citizen.
I've been flipping sponge for years. It's almost as good as steaming cream or roasting nuts, maybe tossing Whoppers but more like patching carpet.
I'm currently stationed in Japan and when Ric Flair mentioned Roppongi and Shinjuki, I knew his story was legit.
Joe rogan saying work then shoot. He’s learning ! Love it
As a fan of Japanese Wrestling, Jumbo Tsuruta being mentioned on Rogan is so fucking cool.
Love Jesus, seek God and his sweet amazing grace. Read the KJV and pray for wisdom.
It's still real to me DAMNIT!!
Loved that he mentioned Jimbo Tsuruta, every wrestling fan needs to know who he is.
It’s crazy I’ve met Ric multiple times in NC as a child thru my father and I can honestly say I have the same vibe. Just a wild guy
The guy with Joe is horrible,as soon as he opened his mouth I was done listening to the interview his questions are weak and he has no charisma, sorry Joe.
Flair has lived a very full life. I’m sure he’s done damn near everything he’s ever wanted to do. Next to Andre & Hogan he was the most famous wrestler to walk the planet during the 70’s - 90’s. He had the key to the planet. Not a place he couldn’t do & not a place he wasn’t known & loved
And yet where does it all lead to?
Macho Man
@@GoGetYourShineboxA legacy
@@ModernDayRenaissanceMan Fair enough lol
I’ve always seen Ric Flair as an exaggerator, not so much a fabricator. Definitely exaggerating just my opinion.
That was one of the great episodes ever. Time flew by like whisle.
Like what??
Asian guy looks like Shane Gillis in thumbnail
if shane has taught us anything its that there are no asians with downs syndrome so your comment doesnt make any sense..............😂
Shane Gillis on the thumbnail is the real clickbait😂😂😂😂
Yo... young Mr Fuji does kinda look like Shane
Before this episode Flair had no idea who Tony is. After the episode Flair has no idea who Tony is. What an absolute embarrassment. Somebody tell Rogan Flair could have done without that nerd.
Tony is there because Joe doesn't know anything about wrestling. Tony is a super mark so makes sense. Also Tony is Joe's friend and probably a lifelong fan that Joe wanted to let him meet.
Agreed! Could of done without Tony.
Tony is there for Joe to keep the convo going because Tony know a ton about wrestling and they're friends.
He had me dead when he asked what karaoke flair would sing in japan? Like boy if u don't get your lame a$$ out the conversation 😂 vibe killer
Seriously, hes easily the most annoying guest host Joe has on. And that weird look he gave Joe when Flair was talking about enjoying Japanese bath houses.. haha I bet him and Joe have lower test levels then Ric Flair combined.
I just want two things from this trend Joe is getting into. One, Joe needs to interview Rick Rubin again but ask him about pro wrestling instead, Joe apparently doesn't know that Rick, besides from doing his music, is a respected figure in the Pro Wrestling Industry. Two, i'd LOVE if Joe has Jim Cornette, even trough Videocall.
Josh Should Invite Joe to One of His BLOODSPORT Events
No one talks about the Kumete
@@jimmye0077Sorry
Inoki started MMA in Japan. Joe should know that.
He's seen the fight with Ali.
He's speaking the truth about Roppongi in the 80's and 90's - shit was lit. And prices were super expensive, like he said. Drink your beers before heading out, take a couple in your pockets, buy one or two at the bar. Models everywhere, ready to go - so worth it. Nothing like it. When you have a dog like Flair laughing like Beavis after he reflects on the times spent there... finest available tail per square foot I have or ever will see.
Ric Flair one of most famous and successful wrestlers. Yet doesn't have a body like Hulk. Triple H.
I started watching pro wrestling about 1983-84 as a kid. One of the craziest matches I ever saw was a women's match in Japan with Madusa Miceli (US) vs. some big Japanese chick. If memory serves me right, they started it out as a boxing match, but then they started doing these pro wrestling style holds and moves. These two women beat the hell out of each other and were legitimately trying to hurt one another. Madusa Miceli has been around a long time, still a good-looking woman, and is a legit pro wrestling legend. That woman is tough as nails, too. That Japanese girl was a lot bigger than her (weight wise) and she looked tough as hell also.
Bull Nakano
I was a huge fan of Manami Toyota especially in her prime
Googled. Not a bad looking lady tbh. She’s a monster truck driver now.
If you're talking about a boxing match, that was Madusa vs. Aja Kong. Aja managed to do a shoot uraken, which is a damn miracle in itself.
@ToruKun1 I had to try and go find that match here on UA-cam after I made the original post. I couldn't find the one I was talking about but found another one with Madusa vs Aja Kahn that was every bit as wild as the one I was originally talking about. I am going to have to take your word on who the other woman is. Those chicks were beating the fuck out of eachother in both clips. I mean it was almost uncomfortable to watch lol.
Japan has amazing women they are great lovers.
@1:34 .."Yeah it was $25 for a bag of coke, in Tokyo!".(Not bad😂)!
I thought he said Diet Coke haha
😂 diet coke but yeah, you're right!
@@becominghuman3561Yeah, Flair was talking about the drink. 😂
Joe sometimes sucks at his job. Rick, an incredibly durable and tough man talks about not being tough and that he can't hang with others and Joe doesn't dive into that? Huh?
Joe never sucks at his job, ridiculous comment.
I remember Bill Burr talking about the 30 for 30 special on Ric Flair about how this guy ran away and rejected nothing and to see him prove that just makes it all the more funnier
I would have never guessed Ric Flair was on Zanax, depressed and had insecurities. The Nature Boy was the biggest coolest ham in professional wrestling.
Flair is the Ozzy Osborne of wrestling.
Love the cartoonish care free laugh he has
He laughs before he even tells the story because he could already picture it in his head. What a mischievous laugh WOOOOO!!
He laughs like the beaver from lady and the tramp
I love how Joe Rohan, suddenly pretends like he respect wrestling lol. We know he really views it as fake
I think he just hates the hokey cartoonish look of WWE. At least Japanese wrestling looks mostly realistic.
Am I the only one who would prefer tony not be on when Joe has wrestlers on the podcast
I miss Roppongi
Rick is such a national treasure
He's still alive?
his wrestling legacy maybe. But Ric as a person is just a sad drunk
Flair looks half dead.
Flair admitting his limitations at the end of this clip is the most transparent ive ever seen him in 40+ years of following his career
The gay sidekick shows his hate for women in his tone of voice
Ric just casually dropped being a state champion wrestler like it was nothing. I didn't even know that.
Exactly. That is super badass!!!
How does Ric doesn't have a movie about his life?
I truly have no idea..that is long overdue!!!!
Because it would be XXX rated. WHOOOOOOOOOOO.
Wait tony is on the show too? Gesz I wish it was just flair.
Joe Hogan referring to the Antonio Inoki vs Great Antonio match.
Rics laugh when describing Japanese Women
The people who know what asia was like in the 80's aren't talking. Just smiling
Was there a time over there with the women did you think man I gotta slow down? Flair response No! Lol
Five divorces later
Whooooooo
What a time in pro wrestling.
Shane Gillis be looking thick in the thumbnail pic 😂
That looked like Shane Gillis in the thumbnail lol
Ric lookin good for his age hopefully we will see him around for long time
Man...that is one alcohol ravaged schnozzola.
They call it strong style wrestling for a reason.
Who’s “they”?
New Japan is "strong style". Japan has many different "styles"
What is no one laughing with Ric when he’s talking about the bath houses? It’s like it got awkward- geez I’d be asking so many questions about that and the Shinjuku bath house district 😂
you can tell he didnt want to go any further on that topic. you know what went down.
So.....netflix.....can we get a show just chronicling the legend of flair? I wanna see this man party every episode
Nice try Ric. Brody and Hansen making 15-25 thousand a week for 30 weeks in Japan back in the eighties. LMFAO!
Hell, in the mid 90's Americans weren't allowed in some places in Okinawa. I know ,I was there 2 years while in the Marines.
My friends dad reffed Flairs First match in 70 or 71. Had their address and phone numbers with many pics of the wrestlers back in the day! His dads name was Zack Murray.
Joe was shitting on pro wrestling in the most insulting and condescending way possible way back. And now here he has pro wrestlers on his podcast
He grew as a person.
@@popeyedoyle6360 duh !
@1:34 “Hell, it’s twenty five dollars for a bag of coke!”
J/K 🤞
He looks really healthy
Ricky would hit a car
With the gas cap off after 2 am
He did pound and ground
Bad lamp chops
Many nights
Then the weed dats😅🎉😂
Ric Flair has more Stories than a Campfire
We needed only Ric on this episode, not that Hinchcliffe hack...........interrupting Ric unnecessarily while pretending not to be gay, lol....
Jesssus
Yo 😂
Why get married if your not gonna be true???
Is that really the question for Ric flair 😂😂😂🤦♂️
Rick Flair was coddled by McMahon and kept champion like Verne Gangne did for himself.
Nature Boy. Saw him live in his prime cool dude.
Inoki, Baba, Ric fuckin legends
Flair: I'm not tough
Doctors: you should've been dead for how much alcohol that you consumed
I've been to Japan an the women there love American wasabi in they mouf! Frfr!
A few things happened 🤣
Like the first 911 i'me aware of so the NWO could drop two nukes ! .
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
What ever happened to that bill burr video where he adds his own commentary to that match that turned into a shoot? Inoki vs the Great Farini or something like that
I wouldn’t mind stravos and nature boy interviewing eachother 😊
Flair's mentioned that a beer costs $100 at Roppongi, those were snack bars. In essence, Shinjuku is a red light district in Tokyo.
Why are they 100 a beer ?
@@wildkats3809 Roppongi Snack Bars have gorgeous women working there.
They are very friendly and always willing to chat and flirt with customers.
Providing you can afford the table charge and their drinks, they will sit and chat, and flirt with you.
4:21 Joe knows the lingo
Love the Woooooo
Tony of course asking the gay stuff “you ever had too much women?”
you can tell he did some insanely degenerate shit and thats why he wont talk about it lol legend
how many little ricks or rickys are there all over the world?
The shit that Flair's done in his life.. he'll be giggling like that right until he dies.
These two are perfect for Ric Flair to talk to. He can lie all he wants and they won’t know
Or care
Very true!
I'm happy he got to live that kind of life. He's really a humble soul. You can tell. He appreciates all his life and still does. He old school like my dad
He's the man. Elvis then ric
Flair in bubble era Japan! woooooo🔥
I used to go see Ric Flair wrestle in Richmond Virginia in the late 70s !! It was incredible show
Me to Richmond coliseum
wonder what he did with all these women, book club?
👽
i dont believe a word this guy says.
The nerd that always sits in when a wrestler is on the show is brutal
We Called it Big Time Wrestling Then
Dude… why tf is Tony anything? Other than because he is good at networking?
Kill Tony is nothing other than “maybe he’ll make it someday. Good thing he was on my show.”
This dude RUINED the Ric Flair episode. Probably only got on because he made Joe feel about about how wrestling is his field
Tony doesn’t like Asians.
ric flair is awesome
