These are just recent moments of Leader Lee Taeyong being a fine leader to his members. Even when he isn't the leader of the group, he still presents leader-like affection and more.
I'm being honest when I say I believe that he is the best leader in KPOP. I'm drawn to many groups, and I feel like no one does it like Lee Taeyong. He truly creates a loving and safe environment for everyone. I feel the charisma through the screen, lol.

I've always noticed that whenever he has a chance,taeyong always tries to make sure that everyone has enough screentime and has a chance to talk and no one feels left behind..he's somehow able to pay attention to every members instead of just enjoying the moment.He never forgets to praise his members,always taking care of new members so that they won't feel awkward and uncomfortable..And I've noticed that taeyong checking his members when he's at the back whenever they're performing on stages. 🤣 He even said "I was watching you at the back to see if you did it or not" to shotaro!!Taeyong,the most caring,kind hearted,thoughtful and responsible leader!

In NCT he need to be careful and always look after the younger one because his the leader and one of the older brother he have to act faster when the younger bro suddenly look at him he already know what to do. But in SuperM he's part of younger one so he seems relaxed and a little careless because he knows the hyungs always on their back and support him.
I don't know how to put it in words but his a little different when his with NCT and SuperM.
And im really glad that he have these 2 groups where he can be carefree for a little (superM) & be responsible (nct). If it can help him breathe a lil then its all good ^^

I sometimes feel like his members take for granted that tae is their leader and it creates a certain pressure on tae. Also I observe that tae is sometimes being left out in the group and it hurts me to see that. Love tae cause he is a very nice person. I hope that his members also love him and show affection as much as he does
i understand what you mean, sometimes it seems he is always making sure everyone is included and comfortable but the members rarely show him the same. it got to the point where taeyong cant even name his good qualities like his self-esteem went down a lot.

I kinda get what you mean, the way he helps the members are very subtle. Since there are a lot of them, for each of the members he can only provide the initial push. He will nudge them towards the center, but then afterwards some other older members might get closer and help them out in person. And so they young ones usually have other fav hyungs, it's the difficulties of being a leader of a large group, it's impossible to help everyone 24/7. But at least all of them seem to respect him, I really hope they can see what a big effort he's putting out.

Even in SuperM, the NCT members still depend on him maybe because they’re used to him being the leader in NCT as a whole. Anyway, I love seeing TY in SuperM because he gets to be playful and act carefree because he’s not the leader and he’s not the oldest. 💚

His personality make him stand out. I never thought à huge and'big group like NCT could harmonise together. He play his role well. He the most outstanding leader, center, MV, main rapper n main dancer. He such à good person. Its hard to selfless in group with many people but watching taeyong so humble and dédicate with his rôle. Well im not really a NCTzen. used to follow SUJU, Infinite, BTS, GOT7 ,Seventeen ,Shinee and now NCT 127 and Super M. Out of all the groups I have followed, Taeyong is the sweetest and most responsible leader. I have not seen other members gang up on him because he is the leader. He is good at correcting their moves , cooking for them at times and also making new members comfortable in the group. Really a multi talented guy.

Kpop groups in general go through Japanese lessons. Taeyong was speaking Japanese, not scripted. He is good with languages. I don't think he is 100% fluent, but he knows and understands a good chunk of it.
