I am a nurse and have to say this man is going through a horrible stress on his body, which is apparent in his appearance, skin color, and energy levels. It takes one's entire energy just to survive the rounds of chemo, and the constant symptoms are crippling. To be able to look past his physical agony and to continue to fight for the American people takes a very strong, committed man of integrity. This is what real American Patriot looks like, not the brain-washed cowards who attacked the Capitol on January the 6th.

As a foreigner, this is the first interview with a politician that asked well thought out questions, that allowed full answers, that had a conversational and informational flow to it. It’s wild that I can’t find this on American television were hosts yell leading/accusatory questions, cut off answers, and have several other talking heads shrieking overtop of each other. Information aside, this was fundamentally such a great interview.

This happens often to people who have suffered a grest trauma months before. It happened to me a year after I list my mother and also to friends who suffered similar losses. Raskin suffered his son's death months ago and I'm so sorry this might be his body's reaction to extreme stress. Let this wonderful man recover and continue serving this country with the same vigor he does today.

He's a really great guy overall, he was fighting for decades to make sure the 9/11 first responders were taken care of when the republicans didn't want to cover their extended healthcare (lots of cancers, lung problems, etc). He said that's the bare minimum we owe them.
