    Thanks for helpful video. In my board stabilization is on 15V line not 12V. Unintentionally I shorted legs of T431, voltage raised and short circuit appeared ;) I faound zener diode shorted.

    Please what does "DC compressor out of step mean in inverter AC's"?
    I have Hisense inverter split unit AC, and it's displaying "19" error code. I checked online and found out that the error code 19 means"DC compressor out of step".
    What does it mean sir?
    Please help.

      error code 19 is related to compressor or outdoor unit control board (might be IPM section is involved, when UVW output are fail then this error can come, because the compressor is not turning ON

    Its a great video, can u let me know whether i can run only the inverter outdoor unit using stc 1000 temperature controller?

      thanks a lot
      no. because outdoor unit needs a special code, which is only possible from its matched indoor unit model number PCB. as each outdoor unit and indoor units have a special coded communication protocol

      So fast reply. thank you, sir. The intention of the modification to use stc1000 is to eliminate the evaporator section and to run a small aquarium chiller unit. This AC unit is with me without any usage due to indoor unit coil leakage. So thought of putting it to some use.

      Sir is it possible to run the unit without connecting the blower motor and swing motor. Or will the feedback signal will generate an error. any way to run without these two components.@@HaseebElectronics

    If the LED lights flicker, is it a sign of a fault code, such as four times or more or less, then it repeats again, and so on? Does this indicate a good microcontroller?

      If we ave fluctuations, the most common problem the short circuit in secondary section of smps circuit
      In this case we have to troubleshoot output section
      Please check video number 207, 245 or 275 for feedback circuit

    I have one doubt sir... Why secondary o/p of the transformer is only using halfway rectifier... Why not use fullwave or bridge rectifier... Pls explain sir... If it's already discussed, pls give me that link sir

      in any smps where we need low current in secondary, we use FLYBACK topology, with single winding and single schottkey diode to avoid voltage drop loss across the rectifier (for full wave we need center tapped winding which increases transformer cost and size). if we need more current then full wave rectifier is used,
      bridge rectifier is used in rare cases, because at high frequency there are 2 diodes in series of the load at each half cycle. so it will increase voltage drop, switching losses
      it is preferred to use half wave rectification
      then for high current full wave rectifier
