It really depends on the place, in Africa there are dangerous places as well as safe places. I travel a lot for my work and ended up in Africa, I went to Congo 5 times already and every time I walk on the street I noticed how every local was looking at me as if waiting for an opportunity to steal something from me, and they succeeded many times. When I was waiting in a line to buy some food from the street my stuff was stolen (They cut my bag! In the middle of the busy street no less!) and I got scammed many times. Not once did nothing bad happen when I went to Congo. And Rwanda is considered the safest country in Africa, the difference is night and day between most of the counties in Africa (Which are dangerous). Please do not spread false information about Africa, it would be fine if your title was "How Dangerous is Rwanda" instead of Africa.
