    Nice v10 flash. Do u control ur diet at all (like calorie deficit or surplus) and do u think the diet is important to gain strength

      yeah i do but mostly rn im just trying to maintain my bodyweight. i think diet is pretty important because climbing burns a ton of calories so if youre like me it helps to track then to make sure you eat enough.

    Why is it you remove 5lbs using a pulley but then add 5lbs in the other hand? Is it something to do with stability?

      my coach told me it was something to do with shoulder strengthening. idk how but honestly doing it this way feels harder than just bodyweight

      honestly bro i was just feelin shy this video and wasnt talking very loud. a lot of people in the gym plus i was tired. thanks for the feedback tho ill try to do better next time!
