------- Musicnotes.com wants me to PRINT and doesn't sell PDFs. What can I do?
------- You can get a PDF anyway!! Here is how (for MAC OS on a computer):
Unfortunately musicnotes.com sometimes only gives the options to buy a version to print or to use their own app. But if you don't have a printer you might just want a pdf.
1.) You can buy the sheet, then go to your bought sheet, click on "print".
2.) Then the "print center" opens. Click again on "print".
3.) Then a window pops up showing your printer-options.
For Firefox: At the Top-right-corner you choose your Printer. You get also the option to "Save as PDF".
For Safari: At the Bottom you will also find the option to "Save as PDF"
-------- What does Difficulty mean?
I compare the pieces to the 8 Grades of ABRSM:
www.abrsm.org/en
---------- Why did I change the difficulties?
Defining the difficulty of a piece is a multifaceted and complex task that requires consideration of numerous factors. Despite efforts, achieving 100% objectivity in determining difficulty is impossible. I was so dissatisfied with my initial categorization into difficulty levels that I made subsequent corrections for most levels afterward. Given the fact that the video itself is not editable, the old difficulty levels remain visible in the video. The difficulties in the description are the new ones which are more precise in my opinion.

---------- Who am I?
My name is Jakob Linowitzki, and I am a pianist and piano teacher from Cologne, Germany. I have often been asked by my students for the sheet music for "He's a Pirate," so I decided to create my own arrangements of it. To cater to various skill levels and offer something for everyone, I chose to create 7 different difficulty levels.
---------- How do you determine which level is best for you?
If you have experience with ABRSM, it's quite straightforward as the difficulties are based on their 8 grades. If not, it's best to ask your piano teacher or any pianist for an assessment. If you're self-taught, just give it a try! My tip is always to start with a slightly easier arrangement, as it will get you to your goal faster and be more enjoyable. Of course, you can always work your way up to more challenging levels whenever you wish. Perhaps you'd like to combine different levels? I wish you lots of fun and look forward to your feedback in the comments!
I would greatly appreciate your support by purchasing the sheet music on Musicnotes.com. If you'd like to contact me, you can reach me at officialjlino@gmail.com.
What a Big Master!!!!🎉🥁🥇Congratulations And GOD Bless You!
Finally someone who puts sheets. Everyone else just catering to the people who can’t read sheet music and have to play from tho weird electric lines
thank you for your comment. Yes, I try to encourage more people to learn and get along with sheets instead of these Midi-rolls or even worse these tiktok-vids with number codes. True learning and progress is only possible with sheets.
really, the last one is brutal. you truly need to be a pro to pull that.
Yesss Ima pro
I can play fantasie impromptu which is pretty easy
OMG you're crazy... thank you for for putting up the sheet music. I'm going to learn to play it on the piano
Now I understand how a player piano works ❤
This is great! Allows me to learn all the levels progressively!
More videos like this please, very nice format with the music sheets and different levels
This is amazing, man! You're doing a great job! :) WOW
I started playing a few months ago and I'm on level 3. i really hope to reach level 7 one day. wish me luck😂

Awesome idea for a video

Marvelous 🤩
Thank You..great comparisons
Best keyboard player 👌🏻
Wow! this was excellent. Thank you so much. I really enjoyed the seven different levels. I am going to try playing all of them from the beginning. 👍
Very interesting. I might try the level 7 one.
World is full of incredible people. You are one of them :)

So good❤
Amazing 7 level !!
😯🙏🎶👍🔝
AMAZING!
Fantastic.... I like it
Just an idea, instead of cutting between each version, just keep playing so that it sounds like one piece. You can put text across the screen to display that the difficulty level has increased.
Very well done though.
I agree. Still awesome tho
As someone very low skilled in piano, I like the breaks for seeking out the sections to keep replaying the lower ones 😂 but I see what you mean from an aesthetic-video point of view.
Amazing
Very incroyable🔥🔥🔥
Excellent
Amazing job!!!!!!!

Thank you! Everyone can post their criticism if they want to :)
@@jakoblino Agree but criticism can also be done politely with suggestions 😊
Eas easy this is so easy 😊
I like it😍😍😍
Superb
I could probably learn all of these, but the last 3 would take me months to learn fully
Same here 😊
it acc started to sound like the song we know and love at l 3!
Great
Bro....🤐❤️
You got a sub !
Cool
Good job
That feeling when a 1.8 feels tougher for my left hand than a 7.5.
wow!!!!!!!!!
jakob excellent video, this content is very good to learn. It has one from the Disney Incredibles movie
So good
О̷ч̷е̷н̷ь̷ к̷р̷у̷т̷о̷й̷ р̷о̷л̷и̷к̷!̷!̷!̷!
I played this song last year in fifth grade. It was about level 3
❤2🔥🔥🔥
Excellent X9999999 million
Ez a dal nagyon jó 🎉😅
Good! Were good
You deserve way more subscribers. I don’t know about the level 5 only being an abrsm 3.5 tho
Thank you very much!
Yes I agree with you, the difficulties for Level5 and maybe also Level4 should probably be higher than I wrote, especially for people with smaller hands. I'm definetely going to spend more detailled time on this topic (comparing with ABRSM) in the next videos!
@@jakoblino I bought your sheet music and learned to play the level 4 :)
Great!
Awsome i like ik keep going ❤
Learned to read music in high school. Not having sheet music is like Maps program that tells you where to go next, but you have no idea where you are. I'm at about level 2.5 with this song.
I can play level1~level4?
nice bro ^^
helal olsun
Wow
👏👏👏👏👏
❤❤❤
Bro sometimes yo can teach us popular songs for example river flows in you, inception another love etc
4th lvl is fine enough
❤
I almost played >8 version, but I played just 3 notes with my right hand in the beginning, but played the very fast octaves in the end, it actuslly was very difficult
Nobody pays more for notes’ amount and fastest tempo, so, if you are smart, your best choice is lvl1 :)
I was proud of myself to manage Difficult Level 0,6. But now I see that there is still a lot of room for improvement 😊👍
Very nice video even if I don't know yet if it motivates me to practice or if it makes me realise that I don't have a chance.
I feel the same way. But piano for me is always just a bit of stress relief ❤ it just always feels so good to push something out of my hands that releases my feelings.
Also I think I can do level 3 at most as well 😂 4 would be a triumph for me. But this is the funnest format of teaching I've seen and I'm excited again.
Keep at it, even if just for fun or stress relief 😀
Good
better look or better play ?
Well I have been playing for 2 years practicing this
Experimentiere halt einwenig.
Jakob
Im doing the level 6 one but i hope to do 7 soo. Im doing my grade 7 in autumn ❤
OMG!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
😮teach me how to do that I love it
🤩🤩🤩
Very beautyful
I just subscribed
Thank you! Welcome to my channel!
I love listening to people play songs like this on piano but I have no desire to learn it as the piano simply isn't for me. I did play drums and my teacher tried to make me branch out to other instruments but the piano just didn't sit right with me.
👍👍👍
