Last week I went to try Elie Saab Resort, I love sweet scents, so I liked it, but I'm not sure since I am trying to find something sweet but a little more grown up, like maybe a little woody, I don't know. The week before I went to try Cartier Baiser Fou, I tired it on my skin but was already wearing something else, so I feel like I didn't even try it, I need to go back. So yes, I'm on the search! +The Candy Perfume Boy agreed- it's not your usual super powdery (make-up bag) type smelling Iris scent. It's very reminiscent of the original Bulgari pour femme, which was always a lovely floral bouquet.
How lovely these three sound. So much fun when Bvlgari launches (or re-launches in this case) a new fragrance line. I am off to sample them all. Speaking of Bvlgari women, Elizabeth Taylor is a perfect example, She discovered the house on the Via dei Condotti while making Cleopatra in Rome. In her book My Love Affair With Jewelry she talks about hanging out in the back with the owner and talking all afternoon about jewelry, (another reason Cleopatra took so long and cost to much to make... she would sneak off after lunch for a jewelry fix!) I just recently got introduced to my very first Rose fragrance . . . Armaf - Club De Nuit Intense (woman) A Tom Ford - Noir De Noir knock off. . . I can't believe how great it is on me !! I will say that it is best suited for me when I am well dressed. What do you both think of " Rose Rose " for a man !? Thanks for the heads up on these releases . . . Cheers !! :)
+Arden Powers we always think that fragrance shouldn't bear gender specific tags - if you go back 100 years, it never used to be so clearly marketed to either male or female; and we like the view that if a scent sits well on your skin you should wear it - regardless of whether it's "supposed" to be for women! The note of Rose is traditionally considered a female ingredient but if you visit the Middle East for example, you'll find the male population there love rose perfumes. Bulgari's Rose Rose is fresh and elegant; wearable for men or women! Have a try on your skin and let us know your verdict!

I love your videos. I need to ask you if you remember Jasmin Noir L'Elixir, and how you would compare it to Jasmin Noir Splendida. I adore the original JN that you also mentioned, and sometimes reformulations have vanilla added in, which I hate. Since the original is impossible to get now -- just wondering about L'Elixir vs Splendida -- if one has a more noticeable vanilla note than the other. Thanks for your great reviews.

I just picked up Rose Essentialle EDP 2 was ago. Jasmine Noir EDP is also on my list. I'm curious how they compare side by side. Would you say the Rose Rose is fruitier? Brighter?

I blindbought jasmine noir, and to me it smelled like very sweet spicy wood.:) i like sweet ( like aquolina) and i like wood ( in dsquared) but i hate the two smells together.

Can a man really rock Jasmine Nour?
What a waste of money. I sprayed about 10 sprays all over myself and on my hand, wrist and it was a nice but very lite scent for about 5 mins then it’s completely gone. I’ve never been more disappointed in a perfume. Complete waste of money. I have to say that I know perfumes, I am a collector for over 25 yrs. I own over 100 designer and Niche bottles. No cheap celebrity perfumes. And I have to honestly admit that these Bulgari perfumes are crap. They don’t last even long enough to be able to pick out any of the notes. Imho
