Thank you so much! Im enjoying these little bite size historic reports. Let me know if you would like to see anything in particular and ill see what i can do! Hope france is well!!! Im sure you have a lot of these buildings left over from ww2 in your area? i'm finding, that if you go looking, they do come your way. SR
Your approach to creating UA-cam content is incredibly refreshing and unique. It seems to me almost like a series of 'createumentry' episodes, each exploring a deeper concept or notion of our existence/consciousness realised through actual human behaviour. Not sure if that's what you intended, but that's what I take from these episodes anyway. The combination of cinematography, photography, music and narration are outstanding!
Hey, thank you so much, it's so good hearing this sort of feedback, it really is. I'm not sure if i am intentionally creating this sort of content on purpose, it just seems to happen this way. I guess you are right as i'm deeply interested in human behaviour and philosophy as well as photography, so it's probably driving me to create these videos subconsciously. i guess they are an exploration of how i am feeling at the time, maybe its a creative therapeutic outlet? i'm not sure, but the channel was born out of losing my dog just as the pandemic hit. turning negatives into positive maybe? thanks again!
my man! thank you soooo much for your atmospheric sounds man, literally blown away. Your skills and taste are an intrinsic part of these videos. looking forward to working with you again my man. SR
Hey Chrystine, thanks and i'm glad you like it! please consider subscribing if you like this sort of content! i have other photographic adventures on my channel! Are you a street photographer?
@@streetroguephotography Not yet, only just finished with “Shielding”, last Thursday was my 1st day out so straight to Manchester for a meet up with my mate. Still waiting for the DVLA to send my license back, my Doc says she’s filled in what she needed to and gave me the go ahead, they’ve had it since the 6th January. Had another hour or so in Manchester on Saturday too but only got a few shots as I went to pick up a roll of film from Wex, cheaper than anywhere and saved me paying postage and as I have a bus and local train pass it gave me an excuse to get an hour out, I got a few shots for a project I want to do on Brutalism, so headed to what was UMIST, plus it’s right near WEX and Piccadilly Train Station. Look forward to the next vid, how did you find that Viktor lens? I need other lenses but on a tight budget, need a long lens definitely and think I’ll go for the XC 55-230, would love the XF 50-200 but at more than twice the price it’s a no brainier for the amount of time I’ll use it.
@@streetroguephotography Really starting to both wind me up and get me down as I have mobility issues so just getting to Rivington on my own is difficult and I don’t always want my wife with me, it’s ok to get a couple of handheld shots when we’re walking the dog but if I want to start getting the tripod out for long exposures you feel rushed, even if she says take your time.
Thank you for this beautiful photo report. Christine from France
