I had enough time to snage some quick lunch in China Town Chicago at an authentic Hand Cut noodle shop and it was awesome.
I had the spicy cucumber salad and the beef short rib noodle bowl.
I love chinese food.

I haven been to these restaurant. It is called the slup slup noodles in Chicago Chinatown. Worth of a try!
