So I'm surfing UA-cam, watching videos comparing other countries with America, and this video pops up. So I think, "OK--the best year in the life of this young woman. This I have to see." What a wonderful, heartfelt, inspiring video! Seriously, you are to be congratulated on producing this. And honestly I would not have guessed that French exchange students are making the local high school cheerleading squad. I am glad that young people like yourself are out there having these kind of experiences! I suppose that by now almost 4 years have passed since you made this. I hope that those intervening years have been equally rewarding for you!
I have been interested in being a host family for an exchange student. Videos like this just make me want to more. I have to get involved in one or more of these programs. These students can have an experience that many will never get. We as a country should welcome these students with open arms and hearts. Great video Julie!
