  • With final exams right around the corner, do you (or your students) struggle with procrastination when you know you need to study?
Today, I'll share a recent call with a landscape design student who's struggling with procrastination and finding it difficult to get back into the flow of homework after a break.
Let's discuss three crucial strategies that might just resonate with you:
    1️⃣ Creative Transition:
Discover how a short, enjoyable drawing activity (like Zen Tangles or doodling) can ignite your passion and help transition into study mode.
    2️⃣ Neural Pathways:
Understand what happens in our brains after working on a task for 20-minutes
    3️⃣ Setup Routine:
Explore the concept of a setup routine before breaks. Setting up your workspace, making a to-do list visible, and possibly starting a task can bridge the gap between finishing and getting started again.
