I think carrying a normal pen is completely acceptable. For most it doesn’t make sense to spend more than a few bucks on something as simple as a pen. I carry a pilot G2 in my back pocket and a normal industrial sharpie in my front pocket.
Iv got a we the people holster for my Glock 23 and it’s great does a great job and is definitely budget friendly. Also I use a vedder holster belt daily and it works great as well.
I carry a lot of the same stuff. Mine a firearm because of my job I can't carry while I'm working, but I do have a fixed blade knife, paracord bracelet (bracelet also has whistle, fire starter, compass, and an LED flashlight that can do SOS.) I also have a note pad, edc pen that has a flashlight on it along with bottle opener, and a level. I do even have a EDC flashlight as well. My carabiner has a pocket knife, bottle opener, window breaker and screw driver. Outside that I have my grandfathers bracelet, apple watch, and bluetooth earbuds and a ridge wallet. I try and keep simple and have backups of certain things just in case lol.
Off body I have a sling bag that I carry a lot more stuff in that I bring with me to work and when I'm out and about
This was recommended to me so I clicked on it. I really appreciate your calm, down to earth, no hoots, hollers, mascots or other annoying gimmicks. Thanks for admitting "honestly it was the only thing they had in the store that fit my gun." I have a $12 Uncle Mike's Front Pocket Holster that I got day I picked up my revolver. I don't use it much. I won't spend a lot on a piece of nylon. I much prefer Strong side, IWB, holster with a tight hold on the gun, a clip that holds tightly to my belt. And a good quality belt. This feels most secure for me. I don't normally click on one video and subscribe. But I did today. I'm ready to change to a lighter, smaller, rechargeable light. My Faithful Sure Fire Backup models have served me without an issue. Honestly, I am down to the last of my supply of Titanium CR-123 Batteries. I don't want to invest in more. The technology has come SO far. I moved and am going through boxes. I found 2 Surefire E2E lights. And 3 replaceable bulbs!!! Talk about caveman times. I leave them in a bag and my vehicle. They're only 25 or 30 Lumens but do last quite a while. So...your description of the features and price of the light is nearly exactly what I'm looking for. I like to let the creators of these channels so I don't have to spend time doing something I hate: wading through reviews and write-ups forever trying to get specs and an actual opinion. There are some popular reviewers I can not stand: voice, personality, annoying catch phrases, WAY too many "cools" and no opinion. I look forward to watching your channel.
Hey! Thank you for the support!!
Definitely trying to be honest and give advice simply on my experience! Sometimes that involved admitting I do not know! Haha!
While I do think knives, firearms, etc are super cool they 100% have a practical use and I try to stick to that!
Thanks again!
Ballin on a Budget 🤘🏾Good ish
Dude that's crazy I use my EDC flashlight constantly. It's a must have.
I carry the same tourniquet you showed every day along with a pack of NAR S-rolled vacum packed gauze because I am a motorcyclist and if I ever need this or anyone near me needs this I will have it. I can easily apply it one handed if necessary.
Fair point! My main suggestion to maybe not carry it day - day is if you do not know how to use it very well.
Especially to use on someone else if you do something wrong and they can sue haha.
I do keep it in the car though!
One advantage to carrying an extra mag, is clearing a jam.
Most not all, but most jams can be quickly fixed by switching out your mag.
Anything can be edc, it doesn't have to be a specific edc item. A $2 pen carried is an edc pen.
For paracord I actually tie a couple pairs of paracord handcuffs. They definitely don't replace a real set of cuffs but are great for a back up and if you need the cord for anything else its easy to untie.
Enjoying your content! Regarding the Paracord bracelet I agree mostly, but you should consider a micro cord Paracord quick release bracelet. It's thin and discreet, and unravels in a split second when needed with far more cordage than a full sized Paracord bracelet. I use them often just to tie things down/together, improvised some as a belt once, used some to retrieve dropped items in tight spaces (alongside the magnet on my keychain) and many other times as well for miscellaneous purposes. They take no time to make, you barely notice them on your wrist (or ankle) and when you need a bit of medium duty cordage you'll be happy it is there.
Appreciate the support! And okay awesome! Great suggestion I will check those out!
Sick selection, I love my sig one of the most comfortable guns i carry
Thanks for your comment! And yes I totally agree! Excellent for concealment!
Kore essentials good gun belt. Spend a little extra for a Vedder for your firearm. The blackpoint tactical mini wing holster for the sig is a great option. I carry my XL in a tier 1 concealed axis elite and it's the most comfortable appendix rig. TQ and medical is carried every day I have an ankle rig for med but rarely wear it. In my edc bag nutsack tacsac13 is where I keep medical usaully. If you are willing to put holes on things to protect life, you should be willing to patch holes and treat to protect life as well. My 2 cents anyway
Awesome! Thanks for sharing!
If you're in a mall, store, or somewhere far from your vehicle and you need to wrap a wound to slow the bleeding, the tourniquet will come in handy when seconds do count. I'd suggest then practicing unwrapping that Paracord bracelet and that could be used to wrap a wound to slow bleeding. I'd suggest looking into carrying a QUICK CLOT item as well.
I purchased one of those Zippo electric inserts and really enjoy the recharging aspect of it versus continuously buying fuel that evaporates. My only hesitation with it is that the standard Zippo cases that I have feel too tight for it and I fear it will get stuck. Do you recommend the case that you have it in? Any issues removing it from the case? also, what brand is it? Thanks.
I love my we the people belt I got a we the purple holster but honestly only used it once
Loading 12 is easy in those mags and function great I use mag guts and have 14 each mag so 15 with gun and 1 mag
Good Edc setup
👍👍👍
You should get a BlackSheepHolster instead budget friendly and awesome durability plus if your into looks you can get a custom design
Great video
Thanks for the support!!!
Good video, but you need to invest in a lapel mic. You can get a really good quality Boya BY-M1 for $20 and use any old Android phone as the recorder. ASR Voice Recorder by NLL is the best free audio app.
zebra f-301 compact is a cool pen
Ain't nothing wrong with a budget.
That’s right!!
That’s wrong
Is there any links for the stuff?
Tier 1 holsters!
Can you make a video on every day carry for a country where Gun is banned. Like it would genuinely help not just me but many people who are from country like me.
Belt clip on your holster is on the wrong side😅. Love everything else.
I’m left handed, so it is on the correct side for me haha.
@@EDCfanatics oh my god duh🙃. I forgot you people exist.
I'm a lefty as well so I get it but ypur claw is backwards. That holster comes configured for right hand carry but is ambidextrous only thing is that the claw feature will only work for right hand carry so when you switched it over you should have just pulled the claw off. 👍 Nice set up. 👌
The claw or wing on your holster is in the wrong direction. The claw should engage your belt.
What kind of kershaw was that?
it's not a finger nail file its a diamond file...and the tiny screw driver is for eyeglasses
Maybe it's just me but it looks like that appendix wing is backwards 🤔
Can you please put links to everything and not just the stuff that pays you? Can't find half these products
We carry extra mags in case of a malfunction
Absolutely!!
Did Kaylee figure out which gift card to get?
Plez put links for all products
Prices or links?
Blackhawk Stache IWB holster is the best holster for P365. And for $13.00 for the 365 on Amazon, it can’t be beat.
Thanks for sharing I will check it out!
Although the file can be used on your nails that’s not the purpose of having a large file.
Bugout elite always on my I love that knife if you I want a comparable knife check out we knife and banter .
Also look at Civivi as a budget knife.
I understand this was 4 weeks ago . Meaning perhaps you already updated/upgraded your holsters . But I personally wouldn’t go with we the people holsters . They’re not that great . They will scratch your gun . I currently use a sidecar holster by T. rex arms . Pricey , but very good holster . We the people holsters are just like olight . Paying UA-camrs handsomely for good reviews . But if they work for you , then don’t mind me .
Good to know!! I did not get it yet!
What about their belt??
@@EDCfanatics I can’t speak for their belts . As I never used them personally. But , they seem decent and ok . Perhaps good enough for your average civilian haha . I personally don’t wear belts like that since I wear suits 90% of the time. Meaning the belt would be a bit too thick for my belt loops on my trousers . I am currently using the groove belt for the past couple of years . I noticed that they dropped down their price back to the original which was and currently sits at 49.99 on Amazon . Not long ago , they were about 69.99 . But they’re back to the original price at 49.99. Which is good haha .
I love the EDC videos, but every time I watch one I can't help but wonder....why in the world would anyone need to carry all of that stuff.
Tourniquet could be ankle carried
Check out Ganzo knives
I’ll add it to the list! Thanks for the suggestion!!
Eeeeewwwww
Zebra tactical pen. Very affordable
Okay awesome I’ll check them out!
Thanks for your input!
@@EDCfanatics You're welcome
Not a fan of we the people holsters. Bro but good vid
Not very budget friendly...but nice setup..
On a budget? Dude carrying like a handful of knives lol
Don't buy it all at once.
There isn't a mark on any of your "edc" items. 😂
The watch, wallet, pistol, and magazine holster are all within a month old! So yes half my EDC is fairly new! The full tang, pocket knife, lighter, multi tool, and flashlight however are much older. Thanks for your comment!
you carry a gun everyday??????
That is correct. Carrying a gun is one of things where, the one time you don’t have it is when you’ll need it haha.
I would rather carry it for 40 years and not need it
Then not carry it one day and need it
I see that you’re left handed like me, swap your mag release to the other side.
The only reason I have not done so, is I want to be ready to operate anyones firearm.
So I train using everything ( for the most part ) the right handed way.
I know that is a tiny bit extreme perhaps. But I don’t want to get caught in a situation where I pick up someone else’s pistol and struggle to operate because it is standard.
Good suggestions though!
We the people holsters are junk
That’s what I’ve heard since this video! Thank you !
@@EDCfanatics I had one. Never again. The clip broke while I was carrying it.
Wallet …….Gay
Lol you prefer a more traditional leather wallet?
I’m very confused. Saw the thumbnail and was like, a P365 is the budget gun!? Figured I’d watch the vid and give it a chance, but they leatherman is the multi tool? An electric lighter? Multiple knife options? What is considered a budget? I get that budget doesn’t always mean cheap, but common. People aren’t thinking $1000 bucks for their edc to be budget. Watch was decent value, stick with the 13$ flip out, gerber multi tool, BIC lighter, and Taurus, M&p, or even Canik have good quality guns for cheaper. Just my opinion, but just getting tired of seeing “budget” and seeing things I would get if money was no issue
If you didn’t carry so much BS. You would afford more quality items 😉
