Guiding Light: Character Profiler - Alan-Michael Spaulding

We take a look at a very complex character, Alan-Michael Spaulding. This character was around for a very long time. This character was even born on the show. He left when his mom left but returned in a way that only a Spaulding would make an entrance, by parachuting into the Bauer BBQ. Alan-Michael is half Spaulding and half Bauer. That makes for a very dynamic combination. He is use to doing everything in his power to get what he wants but he also has a conscience and a heart of gold that sometimes wins out. So he can be a good guy and a bad guy. Going through the years of footage I really liked Rick Hearst's version, but I also enjoyed Carl T. Evans who played the rich spoiled teen very well.
