I adore Diavolo so much. His design and character were amazing but I still feel like he had so much more potential that wasn't explored (still my favorite villain though). I love how anxious and angry he was when he started to lose control of the situation. It made him more human to me and more likable. Plus if he was in his mob suit the whole time he would have just been kira with pink hair. Stripper Diavolo is distinct, unique (until anasui stole his whole thing,) and menacing in its own way.
