I’ve never felt more understood in my 34 years of life than I have in watching this video and finding your channel tonight. I’m at the end of my benzo taper after 15 years of an anxiety disorder that I never knew what was causing it. A medication that I took thinking was saving me, was destroying my life. The journey I’ve walked has been very rare. Every therapist I’ve met has told me that I have a special calling in helping people through what I’ve been through. Not every day u find another HSP empath who has walked the same journey as you. I hope to speak to you one day.
