I like the idea that they're related and have no idea at all, and I think it's not too unrealistic to think neither recognizes the other. Franky and Queen never actually met in Wano. Also, they look very different from how they used to 26 years ago and they also go by different names. We now know that Sanji (based on the time) Is 22. And while saying that march >> November is....a way to gauge it. We weren't sure on where we were in the time line, meaning that Sanji could've been born the march before or the march after Zoro to make him 21 along with Zoro. With Usopp saying he was still 19 during the raid we know that at the very least a full year hasn't passed the time skip. But there was also something that hinted at it being early March during the first half of wano (either it being Tama's birthday or something) and with it being a few days earlier than Sanji's that mean Sanji's birthday was in those 2 weeks of prepping for the raid. I say all this but I haven't really touched the subject in years since the beginning of the raid so some of my info could be remembered inaccurately

Also, I like the idea of them simply existing separately even though they are biologically related; it would be a great contrast to Sanji's blood family situation. Even though at first Franky was bitter for being abandoned, he eventually put it behind him, not sparing it even a thought anymore. I’ve had the Weevil is Queen’s son theory for a while and this only strengthens the theory because the ages match. It makes the most sense since we know he was at MADS where Buckin was a freeloader and the physical resemblance is quite strong. I assume there was an experiment to incorporate Whitebeard’s DNA which gave him the white stache, but that is NOT Whitebeard’s baby.

This is interesting especially since people have pointed out in the past that the ship that Frank rebuilds himself on after getting hit by the sea-train looks very similar to the MADS ship that we see in the cover story. So he may have rebuilt himself in the same lab that his father helped create.

Actually, the first time we were introduced to Queen was when he and King were talking down to Jack, establishing their dominance over him. Looking back at Wano I don’t think Franky and Queen interacted at all. So Im very skeptical if Oda planned this while writing Wano. It seems like a last minute decision to reveal this in a Vivre card.
If you pay attention Past Queen and Queen of today look nothing alike and Franky Doesn't look like how he used to be and they both changed their name to so it is not far-fetched to think they could be related and didn't recognise each other.

Wouldn't Franky have known Vegapunk for 10 years if Queen was his dad? If so, it feels even stranger that Vegapunk and Franky didn't have a big moment together on Egghead. He'd even know Stussy's appearance and Ceasar. I don't recall any indication that he recognized any of them beforehand.
Franky was abandoned on Tom's dock when he was a kid, and it was said specifically (at least in the anime) that both his parents were pirates and that he was too young to remember them too well.
Vegapunk may not have always traveled with them, or Franky's mom could have kept him on an island until he was old enough to travel.

@@decomposedcorpse5186 No, it actually does matter, because months have based during the time-skip so we weren't sure if the ages were still accurate and "needed" a time line. We now know that Sanji (based on the time) Is 22. And while saying that march >> November is....a way to gauge it. We weren't sure on where we were in the time line, meaning that Sanji could've been born the march before or the march after Zoro to make him 21 along with Zoro. With Usopp saying he was still 19 during the raid we know that at the very least a full year hasn't passed the time skip. But there was also something that hinted at it being early March during the first half of wano (either it being Tama's birthday or something) and with it being a few days earlier than Sanji's that mean Sanji's birthday was in those 2 weeks of prepping for the raid. I say all this but I haven't really touched the subject in years since the beginning of the raid so some of my info could be remembered inaccurately
