I strongly feel in place of articleship icai should have colleges where professional teach us real business skills , case studies and application of knowledge into business practices

Such an excellent and informative podcast. Thank you for inviting Mr Rishav and for his insights. I am looking forward for more such chats. Here are my key takeaways from this discussion:
    1. Put yourself out there and give your 100%
    2. Plan very well humanly possible and flexible, and break it into tiny pieces
    3. Use social media to relax only.
    4. Communication skills: your best friend is a newspaper.
    5. Throw yourself in competitions.
    6. CAs are not putting value, you have to think strategically, use additional resources to develop
    7. Subject Specialization is required in the course
    8. Maybe have a college structure to enable more peer-to-peer learning
    9. Representation from the service sector and industry in the Council of the Institute to guide the requirements of the industry
    10. Campus placement: requires rewards for hard work in terms of % of placements and incentives
    11. You have to make up for your paretns' hardwork.
    12. Make full fledged plan for yourself and stick to it anyhow. A day without a plan is a day wasted
    13. Keep your ambitions very high, talk and reach out to people.
    14. Use linked in as much as possible
