One of my first jungle cacti was a dried up half leave I saw on the floor of a plant shop....somehow it found it`s way into my pocket and once at home in a bit of compost it plumped out in a couple of days and has since sent out new growth.....a genuine rescue job that was a success!
‘Somehow it found its way into my pocket’ I love that 😂 Wow it’s so satisfying when you rescue something that would have otherwise gone to waste! Do you know what kind of jungle cacti it is? 🌱
@@MoorePlantsPlease It`s not a fishbone or fern leaf cactus so I just think of it as Epiphyllum sp.....if it ever grows big enough to flower it will be a surprise.....and yes, it was definitely just going to be swept up as rubbish before I gave it a chance!
Thanks so much for the advice, I didn’t realise that! I find it so interesting how plants have preferences like that 🪴 Thanks again, I hope you’re having a lovely weekend! 😊

Just a suggestion, zig zag cactus is better planted in a wide pot that is not too deep (shallow pots) 💚💚💚
