I have my Kenai for two years now. Fantastic boot. Full grain leather gives a more solid feel compare to the nubucks in the Nevada. Comfortable out of the box ❤
Man, I REALLY want to like the Crispi boots but my Thor's were some of the most uncomfortable I've had. Even after a year the foot fatigue is extreme and the boot hurts my feet. And yes, they're sized correctly. I think the really narrow sole has something to do with it.
Yeah the Thor is one of the most narrow boots that Crispi makes. So that could play a factor in it. These Kenai are going to have a little more volume and that might fix the problem. If you want to give us a call we can talk you through the models that might work for you.
I love my Crispi’s!! So I’m looking to get another pair (possibly two more) to rotate with my Summit GTX’s. I’m only most likely ever going to be doing early archery elk hunts from here on out, so uninsulated is probably my only choices. Which boots would be my next best choice, the Wyoming II GTX, the Kenai, the Colorado GTX’s, or the Nevada’s??? Thanks for any insight!!!!!
I have the Wyoming and Nevada’s. I run a lwarm and the Nevada’s were to hot in 50-75 temps October blacktail in Oregon. I wear the Wyoming’s now. A bit cooler. Nevada’s will be for November elk hunts.
If you love the Nevada then you will love the Colorado. It's going to fit super similar, but it has an upgraded midsole that makes it more durable. Kenai would be a great option if you would like to try a full leather boot. Let us know if you have any further questions.
@@BlackOvis I don’t have the Nevada’s. Our local Scheel’s didn’t have my size to try on. So I got the Summit. I’m just wondering what my next boot should be, Wyoming 2, Colorado, or Kenai?

Awesome thanks for posting
Glad you enjoyed it!
Would like to see how these 2 boots stack up against the Zamberlan 966 Saguaro.
We'll look into doing a video.
@@BlackOvis that would be awesome. I think the 966 is a boot that flies under a lot of folks radars.

@@BlackOvis will you ever get the Black Ovis edition Summit GTX in stock again, or was that a limited time only kinda deal??
Looks about the same as my crispi kanada boots from a few years ago.
The upper is pretty similar but the lower is pretty different and a little stiffer.
So basically it’s a Nevada with full grain leather?
Yes and a different midsole!
@@BlackOvisHell yeah because I love the Nevada and having it with full grain leather makes it basically almost perfect 👍🏼
