I heard Clark has some amazing public courses. I did not go because I really liked Luisita and it was only 15 minutes from me and I didn't want to travel an hour to a golf course so I just stuck with the same course while I was there.

I recommend Clark. Very nice tourist courses there like Mimosa, Sun Valley, FA Korea

Yes open to the public. It’s a semi private club. You can buy a membership too if you like
Be careful when you play there leave all your belongings inside your car.

I agree, but I think you need to be careful with your belongings anywhere you play. I had no issues at all.
