I love this idea! Now all water-themed dolls like Lagoona Blue, Layla from Winx Club or Irma from W.i.t.c.h. cna have a proper, majestic doll stand!
Quick idea: if we use tinted glue (or glow in the dark, transparent glue) it could be even more interesting. And then if we use red, orange and yellow glue instead, we can make a fire as well :O

I've been loving using hot glue for making 3 dimensional stuff. I don't have a 3D printer, don't know if I want one. So for now, these ideas are fun & easy.
Nice! I know some action figure photographers that have used hot glue to make things like force field shields, flames, and even laser beams too. Some have even used it to make blood and ooze pools too.
With that peeking water affect, it would be very funny to make a Karma Jojo Siwa doll so it looks like that one scene from the music video! :3
