Video-Bite Taster: Stephen Armson-Smith, Designing Out Crime Officer, Crime Prevention Tactical Advisor and Heritage Crime Prevention Lead, Essex Police joined our RE:CONNECT event on 25th March. Speaking to a near-capacity audience of BID member businesses and special guests, he provided a fascinating introduction to crime prevention.
Stephen highlighted the ways in which businesses could systematically assess potential weaknesses to their premises and equipment. He offered a wide variety of initial simple solutions, more comprehensive considerations and a variety of support options to help businesses to select the most appropriate crime prevention methods to meet their specific needs.
