Well considering I haven't fully tested the phone quite yet. The battery is amazing as are the speakers. There's a lot of little software nuances coming from Pixel that are frustrating but nothing that's unusable. If you're looking for just a gaming phone this ticks all the boxes. Cameras probably aren't amazing like Pixel, iPhone or Samsung are

There's more to consider than just battery life with this question. I think yes the red magic has better battery. But software support, cameras the iPhone wins.

the issue with the green tint appearing on the selfie camera .. can you see? if it is visible? or they fixed in the later units? software or hardware issue? cuz it beats the purpose of having under display camera
So I went to a lit room, turned the brightness on the screen really dim and see no difference compared to a bright screen. In a dark room you barely can see yourself. Camera overall isn't the strongest

Hi, just wanna ask if you can double tap to turn on and double tap to turn off?, coming from a note 10 I'm used to samsungs little enhancements, but this phone is making me move away from note series. Your unboxing is very helpful as it shows what the red magic is capable off apart from the obvious gaming experience.

I did receive 5g as well. Texts worked. Idk if it was the phone, service or Bluetooth but sometimes the other person stopped hearing me but then they could.
Already ordered mine and waiting. Could you please help test (i) navigation gesture to see if the content will fill the bottom area, (ii) audio quality of UA-cam, Spotify or Google Podcast when connecting to Bluetooth earphones as others say there is no bass/equalizer at all without the help of Game Space, (iii) if the front camera shows green/red stripes when the brightness drops to 20%, (iv) 4G/5G network receipt in the US, and (v) if text/email/app notifications will show the box at the top of the display and you are able to access the app directly by clicking on these. 1) I have the navigation bar turned off, but apps do fully fill the screen into that navigation area. When using Gboard it doesn't fill down to the bottom and can see content below 2) I'll have to test BT audio 3) I'll test this and talk about it in a camera video 4) I get Verizon service and 5g even 5) no pop-up notifications for apps appear, just an icon in the status bar unfortunately. Frustrating for sure
There's a very shallow green tint I think in dark places with low brightness in the front cam. Mine is very faint I barely notice it unless I really look at it.
Show haw to set Nova as default launcher and if wi-fi calling is possible. IR blaster would be amazing but on the phones in have with it I don't use it that much.

there's only a few things missing to make this the perfect phone, all it needs is a IR blaster, QHD+ display, e-sim support, wireless charging, SD card slot & a few improvements to the software to truly make it better than any Galaxy that Samsung will make!
QHD is only good for VR. The Human eye can't tell the difference on a 6inch Display of FHD vs QHD. Seriously I have switched back and forth and couldn't tell the difference. Maybe if I held the phone 3 inches from my eyes. It really comes down to the quality not the Pixels with 1080p. I always lower the res to 1080p to save Battery. However Refresh Rate is definitely important

You can tap to wake the screen or lift to wake the screen. Using a different launcher you can double tap the home screen to lock the screen
Can't double tap to turn screen off. There's a lock screen shortcut though
