    Nice video. Maybe one detail that you might want to know: The core of most modern windsurfing boards is not PVC but polystyrene. The thin layer of higher density foam called Divinycell that is laminated on top of the polystyrene core is what's commonly called PVC foam. It's actually a polyethersulfone PESU foam but PVC is close enough! The green foam that surrounds most finbox is likely closed cell high density Polyurethan foam. Cheers! (Edited for typos)

    I’ve had a lot of production boards so far of a wide age range.
    Never had any issue with any foot strap points or plastic parts.

    "Q" - does dyneema cloth turns brittle when coated with epoxy resin, like the Kevlar does? Secondly, do you need to prime the foamboard before glassing with dyneema? Thx in advance...
