Everything I've read has said something along these lines: According to research on Viking bones, a man's typical height was probably 5'7" (170 cm), which was comparable to the average height of men in other regions of Europe, at that time. There have been reports of Viking men who were taller than average, with some measuring up to 6'5" (196 cm).
Some also included that Viking age women were around 5'1", according to research done on skeletal remains.

This is from Hafthor's PL journey last year. But today we saw fresh footage of Hafthor doing Safety bar Squats with 4 Blues a side. The Safety bar is either 32 or 28 kg. Hafthor has two of them and not sure which one he used for it.

Hafthor has broken more than 90 World Records, including doing them on top of the eras of Zydrunas, Brian and all others. How many does Zydrunas have? Just give Hafthor another 12 or 18 months and he will break Zydrunas's Squat for reps WR as well.
With refer to "Max" Squat (the true test of Strength) Hafthor has Squatted *460 (1,014) Raw* to competition Depth. Zydrunas has never surpassed 425.5 (938) in the same standard and he did it in Single ply equipment as well.
_Additional facts:_
_You also forgot that WSM Squats are equipped and this is Raw from Hafthor. And this was mid point stuff for him in his prep. He did 420 (926) like nothing and the day he got injured, he did the 3rd attempt 445 (981) - EASY AS FUCK despite getting red lighted for the depth._
