    Delicious rolls based on grandma's recipe. I don't buy bread anymore! Bread without any effort! New perfect buns in 5 minutes. Anyone can repeat it. Simple and very tasty!     Ingredients and recipe:
    - Warm milk 200 ml
    - Yeast 8 g (2 tsp)
    - White sugar 2 tbsp.
    - Brown sugar 1 tbsp.
    - Vanilla sugar 1/2 tbsp.
    1. Stir until all ingredients are dissolved
    - Salt 1/2 tsp.
    - Egg 2 pcs.
    2. Stir again
    - All-purpose wheat flour 550 g (add in parts)
    3. Stir with a spatula
    - Melted butter 70 g (4 tbsp)
    4. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
    5. Place the dough on the table and knead for 4-5 minutes
    6. Watch the video until the end and don't miss any important points!
    7. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
    8. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
    9. Cover with a towel and leave for 50-55 minutes

    11. Dough weight 902 g.
    12. Form a large ball
    13. Cover with a towel and let rest for 15 minutes
    14. Roll out the dough into a 35x45 cm rectangle
    - Chocolate spread 200 g
    15. Spread chocolate spread on the dough
    16. Fold it into an envelope like in the video
    17. Roll out a little with a rolling pin
    18. Trim the edges with a knife
    19. Cut the dough into 3.5-4 cm wide strips
    20. I have 12 strips
    21. Take a strip and twist it in different directions
    22. Attach the two edges and the bun is ready
    23. Place on baking paper to bake
    24. Do the same with the remaining strips of dough.
    25. It's very simple, you will definitely succeed
    - Egg yolk 1 pc.
    - Milk 1 tbsp.
    26. Apply with a brush
    27. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 21-23 minutes
