the product is the best it’s ever been and the structure is the absolute worst it’s ever been. keep thinking NIL has “leveled the playing field.” give it 5 years of expansion and let’s see how you guys enjoy the same powerhouses every year when you think it’s gonna create “change.”
I mean what do you think the alternative is? Before NIL UGA, Bama, OSU top 3 recruiting every single year. Now at least teams like Oregon, Texas, Ole Miss, etc who are willing to straight up buy players can be relevant lol But for real I do think it sort of kills the sport.. but it was inevitable and the players needed some of the insane revenue
@@TeeJGoBlue just set a money cap for whether you are a starter or backup, freshman to senior, and for sophomore to junior. the portal needs to work like you only have the ability to transfer once and once only. after that, you lose a year of eligibility if you transfer again. as for conferences, you might as well forget it
@@shepardkingsuhh yeah because it matters in the recruiting process?? kids want to go to the NFL and the college they’d dream of going to is out the window once 1 million dollars from a big boy college is put in front of them, then they sit on the bench for 2 years behind the other 4-5 stars. the mentality is different-they’re not going to school for the academics and degree-they could care less about it. “but if you’re not passing you’re not starting” these coaches and ADs care so much about college football as it generates the revenue I’d think they’d play them anyway. it matters much more than you think it does
Does Rece saying he'll see NCSU in person vs Tennessee imply Gameday will be there I wonder? Would be surprised if thats the case considering there is Texas @ Michigan that same day (and I would think that location hasn't been decided yet). Interesting thing to note though
Oregon is overrated. Paper tiger and the coach is just some loud mouth who sounds off against struggling and rebuilding teams. Lost to Washington TWICE last year and people already hail him as the second coming of Nick Saban. Pathetic.
Biggest haters for Dan the Man. Kirby wasnt the best in his first two seasons. Saban wasnt the best in his first two seasons. How is it that everyone judging Lanning so hard off of 2 measly seasons and all because he's passionate? 😂😂🤡 CASUAL CLOWN TAKE AGAAAAAAIN NO SHOT THIS IS THE BUNNY KIDNAPPER 😂🤡🤡🤡💀💀💀💀
8 team conference playoffs without adding any games to the schedule. Good on good at the end of the season. Help the selection committee get it right by having tougher games at the end. Start on week 11 and finish on regular conference championship weekend . Make your schedule for week 11 and 12 as tentative or a bye week. winners move on and losers play each other to finish out schedule. When when when?
Memphis and Liberty going 12-0, 8 SEC teams going 10-2, ACC and BIG 12 champ goes 12-0 and the runner up 11-1, the Big 10 has Ohio State, Michigan, Oregon and Penn State all going 10-2 and last one, Oregon State pulls the upset and beats the Ducks and also goes 12-0. Thats really bold but possible ! What we gonna do now ?
Is this the most anticipated season ever?!? We're going to watch Memphis(or Liberty or whoever) compete for the largest bowl blowout ever. Oregons are going to visit Maryland, Rutgers in LA and Utexas- after all of their HARD WORK and many years of efforts will finally and utterly destroy the Big 12 and they get bonus points for accidently taking the Pac12 with it. But hey, at least Penn State might finally make a playoff game. Yay!

@@GoatedAtNFS not a bad idea. The fact that it's all completely unregulated and uncapped is pretty insane
Instead of worrying more about the integrity of the schools your here harken on how much a player is getting paid 🤔

For the 4 loss situation, Florida if they had 8 wins would have a case
They have one of the toughest schedules in the sport. But I don’t think an 8 win team would get in. I think 9 is the magic number.

Im glad Reese is pushing to water down the sport even more before the 12 playoff team season starts. 16 is so dumb. Money grab 💰
Honestly 8 would’ve been the perfect number.

While that is highly unlikely. If that happens you’re right. It would be difficult to figure out.
