Do you plan your meals or have a list of what you’re going to cook for the week/month before going to the supermarket? I tend to overspend when I don’t have a list. A huge chunk of my budget end up covering my grocery expenses. lol

I always have a list, and sometimes I overspend too when I crave for something lol but I don't mind tbh as long as it's food 😅
